Villa Evara

Villa Evara is perched on the heights of Gassin, within a private gated estate overlooking the Gulf of Saint-Tropez. The views take in the bell tower of Saint-Tropez, the bay, the red peaks of the Estérel and, on clear days, the Southern Alps. The Place des Lices is about twelve minutes away by car, and the beaches of Pampelonne about sixteen.

This contemporary, fully automated villa offers 368 m² of living space on 3,000 m² of grounds, and sleeps ten guests. Four double bedrooms each have their own bathroom, and the master suite opens directly onto a terrace. A separate apartment with its own bathroom gives extra privacy for friends, older children or family.

The villa is made for long summer days outdoors. Sun-soaked terraces surround a heated pool, with outdoor lounges, a bar and a pétanque court. Inside, a gym and a wine cellar complete the picture. A garage and a security system add to the comfort.

Guests are welcomed with wine, juices and snacks, and premium linens and bath products are provided. The villa is cleaned during the stay, and a dedicated concierge is on hand throughout. A private chef, a butler, a chauffeur, security staff, babysitting and yoga or fitness coaching can be arranged on request. So can transfers by car or helicopter, and car, scooter or boat hire.
