Renting a villa on the French Riviera
Our villas are found in the most sought-after corners of the Riviera. Saint-Tropez is the choice for long days on the beaches of Pampelonne, evenings on the port and villas hidden among umbrella pines. Cannes brings the Croisette, its palaces and its festivals, while the hills of Mougins offer more privacy only minutes away.
July and August are the busiest months, and the most coveted villas are often reserved well in advance. June and September bring warm water, a calmer coast and more choice. Nice Côte d’Azur airport serves the whole region, with helicopter transfers to Saint-Tropez on request.

When should I book for July and August?
As early as possible. The most sought-after villas for the high season are often reserved several months ahead. June and September are an excellent alternative, with more availability and a quieter coast.
Is there a minimum stay?
Minimum stays vary by residence and by season, and in high season villas are usually rented by the week. The minimum is always stated in your proposal.
What are the arrival and departure times?
Arrival and departure times are confirmed with your booking. Check-in is arranged according to availability, and your concierge adapts it to your travel plans whenever possible.

Renting a chalet in the Alps
Our chalets are found in the most celebrated resorts of the Alps. Courchevel sits at the heart of the Three Valleys, one of the largest linked ski areas in the world. Zermatt is a car-free village at the foot of the Matterhorn. Verbier opens onto the Four Valleys and some of the finest off-piste terrain in Switzerland, and St. Moritz has been a byword for winter elegance for more than a century.
The season generally runs from December to April. Christmas, New Year and the February holidays are the busiest weeks and are often reserved well in advance, while January and March offer excellent snow with more choice.
