Villa Orea

Villa Orea sits in Les Marres, along the Route des Plages, with views across the vineyards to the sea. The beaches of Pampelonne and the Place des Lices are each about eight minutes away by car, so beach clubs and village evenings are equally close.

This modern villa offers 510 m² of living space within 4,000 m² of landscaped gardens, and sleeps twelve guests in six double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. A separate staff room means a chef or housekeeper can live on site if required.

Outside, an 18-metre heated pool sets the rhythm of the day, framed by gardens and open views. The villa also has a hammam, a massage room and its own beauty salon, where hair and beauty treatments can be booked without leaving home. Downstairs, a soundproofed cinema and a bar with a wine cellar make for relaxed evenings. A garage and a security system complete the property.

Guests are welcomed with wine, juices, snacks and a personal floral arrangement, and fine linens and bath products are provided. The villa is cleaned during the stay, and a dedicated concierge is on hand throughout. A private chef, a butler, a housekeeper, a driver, security staff and a private fitness coach can all be added on request. So can massages, beauty treatments, and helicopter, car or boat transfers.
