Villa Orvella

Villa Orvella stands on the wooded hillside of La Croix des Gardes, one of Cannes’ greenest residential areas. It is surrounded by pines and mimosa, next to the Croix des Gardes park, and looks out over the sea. It is a rare combination of nature and privacy, just above the city.

The villa spreads over five floors and 1,100 m², set in 4,600 m² of grounds, and sleeps twenty guests. Ten double bedrooms are complemented by two independent apartments, ideal for older children, friends or extended family. A dramatic glass staircase, hung with a ten-metre chandelier, links every level, and a lift serves all floors.

The heated pool is the showpiece. It is fed by two waterfalls and has an aquarium built into it. A panoramic jacuzzi, a hammam, a sauna, a massage room and a gym form a complete wellness area. Outside, there are terraces, a rooftop garden, a pétanque court and an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue, warmed in the evening by two open-air fireplaces.

Inside, a private cinema and a wine cellar set the scene for evenings in. Two fully equipped kitchens, one of them professional, come with a cold room, so a chef can cater for large gatherings with ease. Motorised windows and curtains, bespoke furniture, a garage, a security system and a safe room complete the property.

A housekeeper is included, and the villa is cleaned throughout the stay. Guests are welcomed with wine, juices, snacks and a personal floral arrangement. A dedicated concierge can add a private chef, a butler, a driver, security staff, babysitting or a fitness coach. It can also arrange helicopter transfers and car, scooter or boat hire.
