Villa Zeliane

Villa Zeliane lies on the Cap d’Antibes, one of the most exclusive stretches of the Riviera, within a secure private estate. A beach is a few minutes away on foot, as is the legendary Hôtel du Cap-Eden-Roc. Guests of the villa enjoy exclusive access to the hotel’s restaurants, pool, spa and tennis courts. From the first-floor lounge, the view sweeps across the Bay of Juan-les-Pins and out to the open Mediterranean.

The villa spreads over three floors and 340 m², and sleeps ten guests. The five double bedrooms all sit together on the top floor, each with its own bathroom. A separate two-bedroom apartment houses the staff.

Terraced gardens planted with pines, cypresses, and fruit and citrus trees step down the hillside. A staircase leads down to the heated pool, and there is an outdoor dining table for long Mediterranean lunches. The estate also has its own tennis court. On the ground floor, a wellness area includes a spa, a hammam, a sauna and a gym, opening onto a shaded terrace. A fully equipped kitchen, a garage and a security system complete the property.

Service here goes well beyond the usual. A butler, a housekeeper and security staff are included, along with daily breakfast, soft drinks and mineral water. A private chef cooks one lunch or dinner each week. A car with driver is available five hours a day, airport transfers are provided, and two one-hour body treatments come with every stay. Guests are welcomed with a personal floral arrangement, and a dedicated concierge can arrange additional staff, boat hire, helicopter transfers and restaurant bookings.
