Lutetia Group was born in Paris in 1989 from a simple conviction: the place where you stay should be as remarkable as the destination itself.
For more than three decades, we have selected private residences for a discreet, international clientele, on the French Riviera and in the great resorts of the Alps. Our collection is deliberately limited: we only offer homes that our team has visited and that we would choose for ourselves.
Around each residence, we have built a complete lifestyle service. A dedicated concierge prepares your arrival, arranges a chef, a chauffeur or a yacht, books the tables that matter and stays at your side until the last morning. Breakfast is served daily as a buffet in every stay, and every other service is available on request.
We are not a booking platform. When you call us, you speak to people who know the residences and the destinations, and who will follow your stay from start to finish.
