Chalet Zeyr enjoys a privileged setting in the heart of Zermatt, one of Switzerland’s most exclusive alpine destinations, with spectacular views of the iconic Matterhorn. Situated within a private chalet residence, the property offers both privacy and convenient access to the resort’s renowned restaurants, luxury boutiques and ski facilities. The Sunnegga funicular is just a two-minute walk away, while the Gornergrat railway and Zermatt train station can be reached in approximately six minutes on foot. The Matterhorn Express gondola is easily accessible by electric taxi.

Spanning 565 m² across three levels connected by a private lift, the chalet accommodates up to twelve guests in six beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. The upper floor features an elegant master suite with a private balcony overlooking the Matterhorn, alongside a second double bedroom with its own balcony. The floor below offers three spacious double or twin bedrooms and a dedicated bunk room accommodating two guests, making the property particularly suitable for families and groups.

The main living areas occupy the upper floor, where an expansive open-plan lounge, dining room and fully equipped kitchen are arranged around a central fireplace. Floor-to-ceiling windows and a generous balcony provide uninterrupted views of the Matterhorn and the surrounding alpine scenery. The kitchen features a traditional wood-fired pizza oven, ideal for relaxed evenings after skiing. A private wellness area on the same level includes a sunken hot tub, sauna, cold plunge pool and a peaceful relaxation lounge where massage treatments can be enjoyed. Additional facilities include a television lounge, a separate sitting room with an office area, a ski room with heated boot storage and a laundry. Guests also benefit from access to the residence’s shared fitness centre, bar and entertainment lounge with a pool table.

A dedicated chalet manager, private chef and professional hosting team ensure a seamless stay. Daily breakfast and afternoon tea are included, while the private chef prepares dinner on six evenings each week, with food and beverages charged separately at cost. Daily housekeeping and ski pass delivery provide additional convenience. Private electric taxi transfers between the chalet and Zermatt railway station are arranged for arrival and departure. Helicopter transfers, heli-skiing experiences, private mountain guides, childcare and personalised in-chalet wellness treatments can also be organised upon request.
