Villa Solara stands just a few minutes’ walk from the beaches of Pampelonne, in Ramatuelle, with sea views from the pool and the master suite. The Place des Lices and the village of Saint-Tropez are about twelve minutes away by car.

The villa offers 451 m² of living space on 4,653 m² of private, fully enclosed grounds, and sleeps twelve guests. There are five double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a twin room, plus a separate room for staff. The master suite has its own terrace overlooking the gardens and the sea. An air-conditioned guest cottage with a private terrace gives extra independence to friends or older children.

The grounds are made for active, sociable summers. A heated pool with a diving board sits beside a cold plunge pool and a six-person jacuzzi. There is a floodlit private tennis court, also marked out for football and basketball, along with a pétanque pitch and table tennis. Younger guests have their own play area with a trampoline, swing and slide. For long lunches and evening parties, a professional outdoor kitchen features a pizza oven, a barbecue and a teppanyaki bar, next to a covered terrace.

Inside, there is an air-conditioned gym with space for yoga, a massage room, a wine cellar and a games corner with video games and table football. Multi-room sound, high-speed internet and smart TVs come throughout. The property is fully secured, with CCTV and reinforced shutters.

The service is fully staffed. A private chef, a butler, two housekeepers and a night security guard are included, and the villa is cleaned throughout the stay. Guests are welcomed with wine, juices, snacks and a personal floral arrangement. A dedicated concierge can book beach clubs and restaurants and arrange boat hire, helicopter transfers, a chauffeur, babysitting or a private fitness coach.
