Chalet Dace

Chalet Dace sits in a quiet yet central corner of Courchevel 1650 Moriond, a short drive from the restaurants and boutiques of Courchevel 1850. The chalet’s private driver is on hand nine hours a day to take guests up for lunch, shopping or an evening out. Moriond’s own shops and bars are about 300 metres away, and the slopes about 400 metres. The Ariondaz gondola connects directly into the Three Valleys.

The chalet covers 600 m² over four floors linked by a lift, and sleeps up to 14 guests in seven bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The master suite has the top floor to itself, with a private balcony, a dressing room and a small office. The first floor holds two doubles with balcony access, a twin room and a three-bed dormitory for children or friends. On the ground floor, one double opens onto a private terrace with its own outdoor hot tub. A family suite next to it has a double bed and a bunk alcove.

The second floor is the heart of the chalet. A double-height lounge gathers around an open fire, and a round dining table seats all fourteen guests. A balcony wraps around three sides of the room.

Below, a pool runs from indoors to outdoors. A sauna, a hammam and a spa lounge with its own bar look out over the water. A cinema and a children’s playroom keep every age busy. A ski room with boot warmers, a laundry and a two-car garage take care of the practical side.

A private chef and butler serve breakfast and dinner every day; food and drink are charged at cost. The chalet is housekept daily, with fresh linen mid-week, and a concierge helps plan the stay before arrival. Lift passes, ski hire, airport transfers, childcare and afternoon tea can be arranged on request.
