We work with principals directly and, just as readily, with the family offices, assistants and security advisers who act for them. Every conversation is handled by one dedicated contact who follows the stay from the first call to departure, so that information does not travel further than it needs to.
Lutetia has worked from Paris since 1989. Our collection covers chalets in Courchevel, St. Moritz, Verbier and Zermatt and villas in Saint-Tropez and Cannes, and some residences are available that are not published online at all.
How discretion is built into the process
Privacy is easier to protect when fewer people are involved. A single contact holds the details of your stay, from the first enquiry to the end of the rental, and the concierge requests that follow are routed through the same person. You will not find yourself repeating names and dates to a series of strangers.

Residences that keep the world at a distance
On the Riviera, gated estates offer a natural layer of seclusion. Villa Evara sits on the heights of Gassin within a private gated estate overlooking the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, and Villa Calista is on the waterfront inside the Parcs de Saint-Tropez, another private gated estate. In Cannes, Villa Elaris occupies the Californie district, the most prestigious residential hillside in the town.
In the mountains, distance from the village centre often means quiet. Chalet Ambre stands in a private enclave above Verbier, Chalet Orizon is a private estate high in the Sonalon area, and Chalet Astral is a private estate of two houses in Les Esserts. Above the Engadin Valley, Chalet Avalon sits in a peaceful residential area five minutes by car from the centre of St. Moritz, with a private chauffeur daily.

Coming and going without attention
The moments of greatest exposure are usually arrivals and departures. Private jets and private aviation, helicopter transfers and chauffeurs can all be arranged on request, so that the journey from aircraft to front door is short and controlled. In Courchevel, the altiport offers an alternative to the road; on the Riviera, a helicopter transfer from Nice Côte d’Azur airport avoids the busiest summer routes.
Once you are in residence, much of what might otherwise mean going out can come to you. Private chefs, spa and wellness treatments and childcare are arranged on request, and when you do want an evening out, restaurant reservations can be made with the same quiet care.
