Luxury villa and chalet booking for personal assistants and family offices
A single contact, a clear tailored proposal and a private concierge for the stay, so you can secure the right residence for your principal and step back with confidence.
In brief
Speak to Nathalie or AdamWhen you book on behalf of someone else, you carry two responsibilities at once: getting the residence right, and making sure nothing goes wrong once your principal is there. Luxury villa and chalet booking for personal assistants and family offices should reduce that weight, not add to it. That is the service we have shaped for people in your position.
We work alongside executive assistants, chiefs of staff, family office teams and travel managers, and we understand what they need: precise information quickly, a proposal they can forward without editing, and a partner who stays involved until the very end of the stay.
Our agency at 30 Rue Volta in Paris has been arranging stays since 1989. The collection covers chalets in Courchevel, St. Moritz, Verbier and Zermatt and villas in Saint-Tropez and Cannes, each visited by our team before joining.
What to send us at the start
The more we know at the outset, the more precise the first proposal. You do not need everything at once, and we will ask about anything missing, but the points below are the ones that shape the choice of residence most.
Once we have your brief, we suggest residences that fit, including some that are not published online, and set out a tailored proposal. A rental agreement follows before anything is confirmed, so you can take the decision to your principal with the paperwork in hand.
- Destination, or a shortlist of resorts
- Dates, and whether they can move
- Who is travelling, including staff and security
- Must-haves such as a gym, pool or cinema room
- Arrival plans: scheduled flight, private jet or helicopter
- Any particular requirements for privacy
A counterpart who knows the whole file
You will work with one dedicated contact from the first call to departure. Nathalie Nguyen leads Client Services and Adam Haddad is our Rental Advisor; between them, they make sure the person you speak to on day one is the person who follows the stay through to the end.
That continuity matters most once the stay begins. The private concierge is included, and requests for private chefs, chauffeurs and transfers, restaurant reservations, spa and wellness or yacht charters run through the same channel. You decide how involved you want to be: some assistants prefer to approve every arrangement, others prefer that we deal with the principal directly.
Email and WhatsApp both work well, and many assistants find a single WhatsApp thread the easiest way to keep track of a booking as it develops.
Information you can rely on
Because our team visits every residence before it joins the collection, the answers we give are first hand. If your principal needs a well-equipped gym, a quiet room for calls, or a chalet that a car can reach easily in snow, we can tell you honestly whether a particular home suits.
Breakfast is served daily in every stay, and everything else included or available on request is set out clearly in the proposal. That clarity is what allows you to sign off on a booking without worrying about what you might have missed.
Where a destination is new to you, we can also describe the surroundings that matter to a principal’s routine: how far the village is, how the residence is approached, and what lies within walking distance. These are the details that tend to surface the evening before arrival, and it is far better to have them answered at the proposal stage.
A cross-section of the collection
From central chalets to private estates and waterfront villas, a few residences that show the range we can propose.
What makes the difference
Every residence is visited by our team, every stay is followed by one dedicated contact, and breakfast and a private concierge are always included.
Proposals ready to forward
Our tailored proposals are written to be shared with your principal as they are. You spend your time on the decision, not on reformatting.
Discretion by default
Your file stays with one dedicated contact who follows the stay from first call to departure. Fewer hands means fewer chances for details to travel.
Access to unpublished homes
Beyond the published collection, further residences can be offered privately. When the brief is demanding, they widen the options considerably.
A concierge that keeps you informed
The private concierge handles requests during the stay and keeps you in the loop as agreed. You choose the level of updates you want.
Good to know
Anything else? Our team in Paris answers personally, usually within the day.
Ask our teamCan I handle the whole booking for my principal?
Yes. An assistant or family office can manage the entire process, from brief to confirmation. The rental agreement is shared before anything is confirmed, and we will work with you on how it is reviewed and signed.
How quickly can you send options?
Our first reply usually comes within the day. A selection of residences can follow quickly once we understand the brief, and a tailored proposal is prepared for the options your principal prefers.
Can you take staff or security travelling with the principal into account?
Tell us who will travel and the role of each person, and we will bear it in mind when suggesting residences. Our team has visited every home, so we can explain how the spaces are arranged.
Will I receive updates during the stay?
That is your choice. Your dedicated contact can keep you informed of every arrangement or deal directly with your principal, whichever suits the way your office works.
Do you handle private aviation and helicopter transfers?
Yes, private jets, private aviation and helicopter transfers can be arranged on request, as can chauffeurs for the duration of the stay. Coordinating them with the residence through one contact removes a layer of work from your side.
