A Lutetia chalet is a private home in the mountains, prepared for you before you arrive. Every residence in our collection has been visited by our team, and your concierge takes care of everything from ski passes to restaurant tables.
Breakfast is served daily as a buffet, a private chef can cook for you on request, and your arrival is arranged according to availability. After the slopes, the chalet is yours: fireplace, spa and a team that anticipates your evening.

Renting a chalet in the Alps
Our chalets are found in the most celebrated resorts of the Alps. Courchevel sits at the heart of the Three Valleys, one of the largest linked ski areas in the world. Zermatt is a car-free village at the foot of the Matterhorn. Verbier opens onto the Four Valleys and some of the finest off-piste terrain in Switzerland, and St. Moritz has been a byword for winter elegance for more than a century.
The season generally runs from December to April. Christmas, New Year and the February holidays are the busiest weeks and are often reserved well in advance, while January and March offer excellent snow with more choice.

What is included in a Lutetia rental?
Every stay includes a daily breakfast buffet and the services of a dedicated concierge from your arrival to your departure. A private chef, a chauffeur, spa treatments and other services can be added on request.
How much does a rental cost?
Rates depend on the residence, the season, the length of stay and the services you choose, which is why our prices are given on request. Share your dates and an advisor sends you a tailored proposal, usually within the day.
When should I book for Christmas, New Year or February?
As early as possible. These weeks are the most requested of the season and the finest chalets are often reserved several months ahead. January and March are an excellent alternative, with more availability.
Can you arrange ski passes, equipment and instructors?
Yes. Your concierge can reserve ski passes, equipment rental and private instructors before you arrive, so that your first morning starts on the slopes.
What are the arrival and departure times?
Arrival and departure times are confirmed with your booking. Check-in is arranged according to availability, and your concierge adapts it to your travel plans whenever possible.
How do I book?
Contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email with your dates, the number of guests and the residences you like. An advisor checks availability, sends you a proposal and the rental agreement, then your concierge takes over to prepare your arrival.
