A corporate ski chalet in the Alps
Reward a team or gather an executive committee in a private chalet in Courchevel, Verbier, Zermatt or St. Moritz, with the concierge handling every detail of the trip.
In brief
Speak to Nathalie or AdamA few days in the mountains can do a great deal for a team. A corporate ski chalet in the Alps brings people together in a setting that is both demanding and generous: mornings on the slopes, afternoons for discussion and long evenings around one table. Whether the trip is a reward for a team that delivered or an executive offsite in winter, a private chalet gives it a focus that a hotel rarely matches.
Lutetia, founded in Paris in 1989, works with chalets in Courchevel, Verbier, Zermatt and St. Moritz, each visited by our team before joining the collection. A private concierge is included in every stay, and one dedicated contact follows your trip from the first call to departure, which matters when the person organising it also has a day job.
Below you will find how to choose a resort for a corporate group, how to plan a winter programme that works for experts and beginners alike, and how we support HR teams, incentive planners and executive assistants.
Four resorts, four different characters
Courchevel, part of Les 3 Vallées, combines an extensive ski area with polished après-ski and an altiport for arrivals by air. Verbier, in the 4 Vallées, is known for its appeal to confident skiers and its lively village atmosphere. Both suit groups who want the mountain to be at the centre of the trip.
Zermatt is car-free and faces the Matterhorn, which gives a trip a memorable backdrop and a calmer village feel. St. Moritz, in the Engadin, with Corviglia as its main ski area, brings a sense of occasion and a winter social life that guests enjoy well beyond the slopes. Geneva and Zurich airports serve the Swiss resorts, and transfers from either can be arranged on request.
- Courchevel for Les 3 Vallées and an altiport
- Verbier for the 4 Vallées and a lively village
- Zermatt for car-free calm beneath the Matterhorn
- St. Moritz for the Engadin and its winter social life
A week that works for every level
Corporate groups rarely ski at the same level, and some participants may not ski at all. A chalet makes that easy: the experts head out early, beginners take their time, and those who prefer to stay can enjoy the pool, the spa or the gym. Chalet Avalon in St. Moritz and Chalet Astral in Verbier both include an indoor pool, spa, sauna, hammam and gym, so non-skiers have as full a day as anyone.
Working sessions fit naturally into the afternoon, once skiers return. A cinema room, which several chalets have, can host a presentation or a film evening, and dinners cooked by a private chef bring the group together at the end of the day. Spa and wellness treatments, restaurant reservations and chauffeurs can all be arranged on request to round out the programme.
How we support the people planning the trip
Incentive and offsite planning often falls to an HR director, an events lead or an executive assistant juggling many other priorities. We keep the process simple. You share dates, the size of the group, the purpose of the trip and any preferred resort, and we come back with a tailored proposal, including residences that are not published online when they fit better.
Before anything is confirmed, you receive a rental agreement setting out the terms clearly for your finance and legal colleagues. From there, the concierge organises transfers, helicopter flights or private aviation where needed, chef service and the rest of the week. Your dedicated contact remains the one person to call, from the planning stage until the last participant has left.

Alpine chalets for corporate groups
Chalets across Courchevel, Verbier, Zermatt and St. Moritz with wellness facilities that keep the whole team occupied, on the slopes or off them.
What makes the difference
Every residence is visited by our team, every stay is followed by one dedicated contact, and breakfast and a private concierge are always included.
A reward that feels personal
A private chalet tells a team its work has been noticed in a way a standard group trip does not. Every detail of the stay is shaped around your people rather than a package.
Room for skiers and non-skiers alike
We choose chalets where those who skip the slopes still have a full day. Pools, spas and gyms keep the whole group engaged.
Four resorts, one conversation
Courchevel, Verbier, Zermatt and St. Moritz can all be considered together. Your contact compares them for your group and your dates.
Paperwork ready for approval
Each booking comes with a tailored proposal and a rental agreement before confirmation. Sign-off can proceed with everything set out in writing.
Good to know
Anything else? Our team in Paris answers personally, usually within the day.
Ask our teamWhich Alpine resort suits a corporate ski trip?
It depends on the group and the purpose of the trip. Courchevel and Verbier suit teams who want skiing at the heart of the week, Zermatt offers a calm, car-free setting beneath the Matterhorn, and St. Moritz adds a sense of occasion. We can compare availability across all four for your dates.
Can participants who do not ski enjoy the trip?
Yes. Many chalets in the collection include an indoor pool, spa, sauna or gym, and spa and wellness treatments can be arranged on request. The concierge can also organise restaurant reservations and outings in the resort for those who prefer a day off the slopes.
Is it possible to hold working sessions in the chalet?
Afternoon sessions can often be held in the chalet’s living spaces, and a cinema room can serve for presentations. We confirm with each owner that a working stay is welcome and record any conditions in the rental agreement. Tell us how much of the programme is work and we will advise accordingly.
How are transfers organised for a group arriving from different places?
Your dedicated contact gathers everyone’s travel details and plans chauffeured transfers around each arrival. Geneva and Zurich airports serve the Swiss resorts, and helicopter transfers or private aviation can be arranged on request. Late changes are handled by the same person who planned the original schedule.
How far in advance should a corporate chalet be booked?
As early as your dates are known, especially for weeks in the heart of the winter season, when sought-after chalets are often reserved well ahead. If your timing is tight, contact us anyway, as some residences are not published online and may still be available.
